Nedosiran is a double-stranded siRNA, conjugated to GalNAc aminosugar residues. Nedosiran reduces levels of hepatic lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) via the degradation of LDHA messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) in hepatocytes through RNA interference. |
