Darolutamide is an androgen receptor (AR) inhibitor with a flexible polar-substituted pyrazole structure that binds with high affinity directly to the receptor ligand binding domain. Darolutamide competitively inhibits androgen binding, AR nuclear translocation, and AR mediated transcription.
