Each 5 ml of oral suspension contains 50 mg mefenamic acid.

Each 5 ml of oral suspension also contains: 26 mg ethanol, 11 mg propylene glycol (E1520), 14 mg sodium, 25 mg sodium benzoate (E211), 530 mg sorbitol (E420), and 1 g sucrose.
