Calcium is contraindicated in the following cases:

Hypercalcaemia, hypercalciuria, hyperparathyroidism, vitamin D overdosage, plasmacytoma, skeletal metastases

Vitamin D and/or vitamin D derivative overdose
Plasmacytoma
Secondary malignant neoplasm of bone
