Contraindications

Cefoxitin is contraindicated in the following cases:

Allergy to cephalosporin antibacterial, history of severe hypersensitivity to penicillins, monobactams or carbapenems

at least one of
Cephalosporin allergy
Allergy to penicillin
Monobactam allergy
Carbapenem allergy
