Therapeutic indications

Nadofaragene firadenovec is indicated for:

Non-muscle invasive bladder cancer with carcinoma in situ

Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

Nadofaragene firadenovec is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with high-risk Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG)-unresponsive non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (NMIBC) with carcinoma in situ (CIS) with or without papillary tumors.

Contraindications

Nadofaragene firadenovec is contraindicated in the following cases:

Prior hypersensitivity reactions to interferon alfa

at least one of
Interferon-A-2b allergy
Interferon-A-N1 allergy
Interferon-A-2a allergy
