Perindopril and Amlodipine

Therapeutic indications

Perindopril and Amlodipine is indicated for:

Essential hypertension

Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

Perindopril/amlodipine combination is indicated as substitution therapy for treatment of essential hypertension, in patients already controlled with perindopril and amlodipine given concurrently at the same dose level.

Stable coronary artery disease

Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

Perindopril/amlodipine combination is indicated as substitution therapy for treatment of stable coronary artery disease, in patients already controlled with perindopril and amlodipine given concurrently at the same dose level.

Contraindications

Perindopril and Amlodipine is contraindicated in the following cases:

Pregnancy

Pregnancy

Lactation

Lactation

Moderate renal impairment, severe renal impairment

Renal failure stage 5: Kidney failure (GFR <15 mL/min/1.73 m2 or dialysis)
