Perindopril is contraindicated in the following cases:

Pregnancy

Idiopathic angioedema

Idiopathic angio-oedema

Hereditary angioedema

Hereditary angioneurotic edema

Sacubitril/valsartan

Sacubitril and additionally Valsartan

Aliskiren in diabetes mellitus or renal impairment

Renal failure stage 5: Kidney failure (GFR <15 mL/min/1.73 m2 or dialysis)
