Reviparin is indicated for:

Prophylaxis of venous thromboembolism in total hip or knee replacement

Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

Preventive procedure and additionally Thromboembolism of vein and additionally at least one of
Insertion of hip prosthesis
Arthroplasty of knee

Contraindications

Reviparin is contraindicated in the following cases:

Haemorrhage

Bleeding

Severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance less than 30ml/minute)

at least one of

Renal failure stage 5: Kidney failure (GFR <15 mL/min/1.73 m2 or dialysis)

Lumbar puncture, spinal anaesthesia, epidural anaesthesia

at least one of
Lumbar puncture
Spinal block
Epidural anesthesia
