Therapeutic indications

Somatrogon is indicated for:

Growth disturbance due to insufficient secretion of growth hormone

Population group: only children (1 year - 12 years old) , adolescents (12 years - 18 years old)

Growth hormone deficiency

0.66 mg/kg once weekly

Contraindications

Somatrogon is contraindicated in the following cases:

Pregnancy

Evidence of activity of a tumour

Tumour finding

Growth promotion in children with closed epiphyses

Premature epiphyseal closure

Acute critical illness

Cardiac insufficiency following cardiac surgery
Postoperative complication
Multiple injuries
Acute respiratory failure

Prader-Willi syndrome
