Therapeutic indications

Tarlatamab is indicated for:

Extensive stage small cell lung cancer

Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

Tarlatamab is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with extensive stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) with disease progression on or after platinum-based chemotherapy.

This indication is approved under accelerated approval based on overall response rate and duration of response. Continued approval for this indication may be contingent upon verification and description of clinical benefit in a confirmatory trial(s).
