Therapeutic indications
Tenecteplase is indicated for:
Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) with persistent ST elevation or recent left Bundle Branch Block

Tenecteplase is indicated in adults for the thrombolytic treatment of suspected myocardial infarction with persistent ST elevation or recent left Bundle Branch Block within 6 hours after the onset of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) symptoms.

Tenecteplase is contraindicated in the following cases:
Central nervous system damage
at least one of
Neoplasm of central nervous system
Aneurysm of head and neck artery
Operative procedure on head
Operative procedure on spinal structures
Dementia
Dementia
Ischaemic stroke, transient ischaemic attack
at least one of
Ischemic stroke
Temporary cerebral vascular dysfunction
History of transient ischemic attack
Haemorrhagic stroke
CVA - Cerebrovascular accident
Neoplasm with increased bleeding risk
Neoplastic disease and additionally High risk of hemorrhage
