Tramadol and Dexketoprofen

Therapeutic indications

Tramadol and Dexketoprofen is indicated for:

Moderate to severe acute pain

Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

Symptomatic short term treatment of moderate to severe acute pain in adult patients whose pain is considered to require a combination of tramadol and dexketoprofen.

For this indication, competent medicine agencies globally authorize below treatments (click for details):

75 mg of tramadol and 25 mg of dexketoprofen 1-3 times daily for up to 5 days

75 mg of tramadol and 25 mg of dexketoprofen 1-2 times daily and, if tolerated, increase within general population range

Contraindications

Tramadol and Dexketoprofen is contraindicated in the following cases:

Pregnancy

Lactation

Severe hepatic impairment

Hepatic failure stage IV

Moderate renal impairment, severe renal impairment

at least one of

Renal failure stage 5: Kidney failure (GFR <15 mL/min/1.73 m2 or dialysis)
