Ublituximab

Therapeutic indications

Ublituximab is indicated for:

Relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis

Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

Ublituximab is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (RMS) with active disease defined by clinical or imaging features.

For this indication, competent medicine agencies globally authorize below treatments (click for details):

150 mg once as loading dose followed by 450 mg once after 2 weeks, and thereafter 450 mg once every 24 weeks

Contraindications

Ublituximab is contraindicated in the following cases:

Severe active infection

Infectious disease

Severely immunocompromised state

at least one of

Patient immunocompromised
Immunosuppression
Immunosuppressive therapy

Known active malignancies

Malignant tumour

Progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy

Live vaccines

Live organism vaccines

Immunosuppressants
