ADVIL LIQUI-GELS 200 are indicated for the relief of mild to moderate pain such as dental pain, headache, minor muscular aches and strains, menstrual pain, and for the relief of pain associated with migraine.
ADVIL LIQUI-GELS 200 are not recommended in children under 12 years.
For all indications: 1 or 2 capsules every 4 to 6 hours as required. The capsules should be taken with water and preferably after a meal.
If symptoms persist for more than 7 days, consult your doctor. Do not exceed 6 capsules in any 24 hours.
Use the lowest dose for the shortest possible duration of treatment.
Dosage should be individually assessed, especially in patients with renal or hepatic function impairment.
To reduce the risk of gastro-intestinal effects, the medicine may be taken with or after food or milk.

The most likely symptoms of overdosage are epigastric pain and nausea. If recently taken, gastric lavage will remove any unabsorbed ibuprofen.
Electrolytes may be corrected by intravenous infusions, if necessary. There is no specific antidote to Ibuprofen.
