Therapeutic indications

Enalapril and Nitrendipine is indicated for:

Essential hypertension

Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

Treatment of essential hypertension in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with enalapril or nitrendipine alone.

Contraindications

Enalapril and Nitrendipine is contraindicated in the following cases:

Severe hepatic impairment

Hepatic failure stage IV

Severe renal impairment

Renal failure stage 5: Kidney failure (GFR <15 mL/min/1.73 m2 or dialysis)

Cardiogenic shock, acute heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, acute stroke

Bilateral renal artery stenosis, unilateral renal artery stenosis

Sacubitril/valsartan
