Trandolapril is indicated for:

Hypertension

Population group: only adults (18 years old or older)

All grades of essential hypertension. Trandolapril may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive agents.

Contraindications

Trandolapril is contraindicated in the following cases:

Pregnancy

Pregnancy

Idiopathic angioedema

Idiopathic angio-oedema

Hereditary angioedema

Hereditary angioneurotic edema

Aliskiren in diabetes mellitus or renal impairment

Aliskiren and additionally at least one of
Diabetes mellitus



Renal failure stage 5: Kidney failure (GFR <15 mL/min/1.73 m2 or dialysis)

Sacubitril/valsartan

at least one of
Sacubitril and additionally Valsartan

Valsartan and sacubitril

History of angioneurotic oedema associated with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor

ACE inhibitor-aggravated angio-oedema

Hypersensitivity to angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors

Angiotensin-converting-enzyme inhibitor pseudoallergy
