Therapeutic indications

Vardenafil is indicated for:

Erectile dysfunction

Population group: men, only adults (18 years old or older)

Treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men. Erectile dysfunction is the inability to achieve or maintain a penile erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual performance.

In order for vardenafil to be effective, sexual stimulation is required.

Vardenafil is contraindicated in the following cases:

Potent CYP3A4 inhibitors

Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors

HIV protease inhibitors

Protease inhibitors

Pregnancy

Hepatic failure stage IV

End stage renal disease requiring dialysis
